If you want something measured or re-photographed, it's not a problem. Just email us before you purchase.
If a item is defective we will refund your purchase in full including shipping. Please notify us within 7 days or receiving it.
If you are not satisfied, you may return the item, at your own expense, within 7 days of receiving it. We will refund final bid/sale price when we receive the item in the condition in which we sent it. We can not refund or reimburse shipping/handling charges or return shipping costs.
We package our items very securely for shipping & always offer you the option to purchase postal insurance. Therefore, we will not issue any refunds for uninsured items that have been lost or damaged by the USPS.
