Because of repeated cultural upheaval, some of the deeper aspects of Tai Chi (known formally as taijiquan, "grand ultimate fist") were lost over time.But now, the Taiji Qiu, Tai Chi Ball, is making a comeback. People are finding that it is a perfect whole-body exercise that trains the physical body while also developing your internal energy (qi). The peaceful circular movements of ball practice helps you to quickly get into the relaxed state of moving meditation and stay there for longer, which maximizes the health aspect of your Tai Chi.
This Tai Chi ball is made of ABS material outside, the weight is varied by the insided resin! ABS is a bit better than PVC, more smoothy and etc.

The diameter is 26cm if the weight is less than 3.5kg, and the diameter is 28cm if the weight is over 3.5kg
Tip: 1kg-2.5kg is better for the beginners with entry level, and then choose heavier and heavier balls after you got used to it.
