Description

Aluminized Fiberglass exhaust wrap is a heat insulation product for exhaust pipes, headers, manifolds or turbo piping. It is work by trapping the heat in the exhaust and increasing the internal temperature, this allows the exhaust to exit the system faster. With increased exhaust scavenging comes lower intake temperatures, this leads to an increase in both horsepower and fuel efficiency.
On the motorcycle, by using this wrap, it provides two advantage, along with increasing engine performance protects both bike frame & body & protect legs from burning.
This wrap can be used on motorcycles, trucks, cars, and almost any other vehicle.

Installation Procedure:
Wear hand gloves and a long sleeve shirt to avoid itching & irrigation.
Wrap will smoke lightly after initial installation.
Starting at the flange end leave about 0.25 inch – 0.5 inch for hardware
Each wrap should be overlap the previous layer by approximately 0.25 inch – 0.5 inch
Turns and curves will have more of an overlap
Try to keep the wrap continuously to the end of the pipe
Must be use stainless steel tie at the first & last end of pipe to hold of wrap in place
