Antique Large Sterling Silver Cigarette Case 137 Grams Very Choice Condition

Description

The cigarette case is about 4 5/8 inches in length, by 3 inches wide. The case has no dings
or dents or heavy marks. There are some stubborn tarnish flecks and light scratches. The
pebble or hand wrought finish looks virtually gem. The latch works well. The hallmark has the
‘(W’ for Waltrous, is clear but very small. Marked Sterling on the very edge of the interior
case door. The case photos may appear to have dark areas, it is only present in the photos.
An excellent case that weighs 137 grams. A prize for the pickiest collector. Very light
tobacco staining to the gilded interior doors. Initialed ‘D A M’, which a jeweler could remove
