BUSCH 5770 Realistic Sound UNIVERSAL Train & CityNEW in original packaging!
16 sounds - 7 outputs - 7 light programs - 4 inputs for track contacts - programmable - digitally compatible
Imagine the following scenario: A train approaches a level crossing. The horn of a diesel locomotive sounds. Then the bell at the level crossing rings and the hazard warning lights flash. You can hear the train passing by. In the distance you can hear the chimes of a town hall and the barrel organ of a street musician. The train is over - the bell stops and the hazard lights stop flashing. It's getting quiet - only in the distance you can still hear various traffic noises.
And the effort for this scenario? Very low. All you need is the Realistic Sound »Universal« 5770, two warning lights (without switching) and a track contact. If the track contact is passed, first the horn of the diesel locomotive is triggered and then the bell. The hazard warning lights are connected directly to the Realistic Sound Module and controlled from there with the appropriate blinking frequency. The other noises can be triggered, for example, by the random number generators integrated in the sound module. Since additional inputs, sounds and outputs are available, additional soundscapes and control functions can be programmed and called up by moving trains.
5770 Realistic Sound »UNIVERSAL« Bahn & Stadt
16 sounds: Two different station announcements, moving train, train brakes, steam whistle, bell, horn (diesel locomotive), chime (level crossing), church bells, town hall carillon, street musician, barker, siren (fire alarm), siren, traffic and construction site noises. 7 light programs: flashing lights, level crossing, city lights, billboard, traffic lights, blue lights, fire flickering, construction site flash. The sounds can be assigned to the two loudspeakers as desired (stereo playback, loudspeakers can be placed anywhere). A maximum of 4 sounds can be called up simultaneously (2 per speaker). The sounds and functions are triggered by the buttons in the sound module, by the keyboard of a digital system, by 4 integrated random number generators or by 4 contact inputs (direct connection of track or reed contacts, etc. to the Realistic Sound). The modules also have 7 outputs for connecting incandescent lamps, etc. The 7 outputs can be switched on and off via the keyboard or by assigning them to a sound or controlled via the pre-programmed light programs.
Programming (via built-in keyboard): Sound sequence: A second sound can be assigned to each sound, which is played as soon as the first sound has ended. Sound speaker mapping (left, right, or both speakers). Playback mode: continuous noise (1. Key press turns sound on, 2. key press off again) or on or off. Multiple sequence (depending on the pre-programming, the sound is played up to 15 times by pressing a button and then ends by itself). Assignment of inputs: Selection of which sound should be triggered when switching a contact input. Allocation of outputs: Selection of which output is switched on or off. which light program should run as long as a certain sound is triggered. Reset function: Resetting all programming to the delivery status. All programming is permanently stored even without a power supply. The sound module is prepared so that the operating program and sounds can be updated later.
Digital programming: Programming is done using the registers and CV's that are common in the digital system. In addition to the manually programmable functions, the following values can be changed: address, time base for the light programs/random number generator, sound identification for sound updates, decoder identification for software updates, etc.
Technical data: 12-16 V (AC voltage), 14-22 V (DC and digital voltage). Digital data reception: NMRA-DCC, Märklin®. 2 sound outputs for speakers 8 ohms/0.5 W (included). Connection via 3.5 mm jack plug, alternatively the connection of active speaker boxes, stereo system, headphones, etc. possible. Separate volume control for both outputs. 7 light outputs 12-20 V (depending on input voltage) 300 mA per output, max. 1.0A total (for connecting lamps etc.). 4 contact inputs 5-16 V or potential-free switch (to trigger the sounds of moving trains).
