CNC Corner Zero finder/Touch Plate/Edge Finder/XYZ origin

Description

This item consists of one Corner Zero finder with set screw.
This part is ~2" by 2" by .25" thick.
How to Use:
Insert a ~26 awg wire in one of the holes in the Corner finder, secure with the set screw and attach it to one end of the electrical circuit. The tool in the CNC will be connected to the other end of the circuit.
Set the Corner Finder on the corner of the material to be zeroed and either manually or via G-code carefully move a tool to the top, X edge and Y edge until electrical contact is made.
The parts vary slightly, so please measure the X, Y and Z thicknesses of the touch plate with your calipers and use your measurements as the offsets in your G code/machine.
The center of the large hole is exactly at X0, Y0.

These parts are made from6061-T6 Aluminum, CNC machined, chamfered and de-burred.
