Uncertain of brand. For sale is a Japanese made bass drum external tone control. Clamps to hoop. This is not all original and was rigged together with a Danmar mount. It's pretty heavy duty! Shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and rust. Clamp is 100% functioning! Foam/felt is worn and has some chunks missing, but is still very usable. See the pictures for more details!
