Kent 13" Single Flange Drum Hoop (Oversized) Vintage 1950's

From the 1950's this is a Kent 13" single flange hoop. Chrome over steel. This is oversized and measures about 13 1/4". It shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and overall minor rust. Chrome is flaking in areas. There's many gouges along the top lip. May show slight warping in spots, but is in round. Functions 100%! See the pictures for more details!
