Ludwig Hi Hat Cymbal Stand Top Tube w/Seat Vintage 1960's

From the 1960's this the top tubing with the seat for a Ludwig hi hat stand. Measures 23" long with a 5/8" diameter. This shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and very minor rust. Has small nicks, but nothing that will affect its use. Seat is missing angle adjustment screw. Sleeve is still present though quite short.
