PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Tonight I am offering you a beautiful vintage ring which features a Rectangular Faceted Blue Gemstone set vertically within a gold colored band.
Because I cannot see a jeweler's stamp inside the band both the type of base metal and type of gemstone should be considered unknown. I also think that this ring may have had gold plating over brass, but am not sure about that. So, I am going to say that both the base metal of the ring and type of gemstone used in the creation of this ring should be considered unknown.
What I do know is that this ring can be adjusted from approx size 7 1/4 through to 8 1/2, presently set at about size 7 1/2, and it is in great condition for its age. It can be worn conventionally, possibly worn on a chain, or simply carried with you if you prefer it that way.
It really is suitable for anyone, male or female, and can be worn conventionally, possibly on a chain, or just simply carried with you.

RETURNS:
I will provide either an item exchange or a monetary refund (at my discretion) for gross misrepresentation of the actual physical item described in the original listing but WILL NOT exchange or refund for buyer's remorse (when the actual physical item delivered to you is as described in the listing, but you no longer want it regardless of the reason).

FINALLY:
I am not a jeweler or gemologist, some of my items have jewelers stamps or marks on them and these are detailed in the listing, I use a standard US ring gauge for sizing. Some of the vessels I list have genuine gemstones and are made from precious metal, others are costume jewelry which may contain crystals or genuine gemstones, unfortunately many of these items do not have any jeweler stamps that I can see, so the base metal is of unknown composition. Each and every vessel is described to the best of my ability and knowledge.
