From the 1950's this is a Premier bass drum pedal. This has all original parts! It shows signs of use with scratches, rust, and chips on the frame. Chrome parts have flaking. Rubber on the foot board is in pretty good shape. With the design, foot board has significant side to side play. Hoop clamp assembly is 100% functioning! Strap has some surface cracks, but is in pretty good shape. Should have plenty of use left. Beater does have squaring on one side, but is otherwise playable. See the pictures for more details!
