The helmet is made of brass. There are small clamps sideward the helmet intended for attaching a shield to keep fireman’s face save.
The helmet is in authentic condition, with two cracks on the brim probably received during service.
The liner is original and is in very good condition. M size, EU 56 It is attached to the shell by means of 4 rivets. The Y-type chinstraps of the helmet are in VG absolutely authentic condition, too.
The shell is carefully but not entirely cleaned, so you can see the beautiful glitter. On the whole, the helmet makes a rare find for the collectors! 100% authentic good condition.
