    From the 1960's this is a Rogers 16" 8 lug tall boy drum hoop! Chrome over steel. Fits a 16" diameter drum with 8 lugs. It's in clean condition with some deep scratches, minor pitting, and very minor rust! Chrome does have a little bubbling. May start flaking soon. It's perfectly in round. Works great!
