From the 1970's this is a 10 pack of Rogers Concert Tom Conversion Clips. These clips rest on the bearing edge while giving the drum hoop a surface to tension to, simulating the ring of a drum head. This allows you to play without a bottom head while keeping your drum hoop and tension rods on the drum. An ingenious invention that is hard to find now! They show signs of use with scratches, pitting, and rust. Some are in worse shape than other. They are all 100% functioning. See the pictures for details!
