From the 1970's this is a Rogers Memriloc Hi Hat Clutch! This shows signs of use scratches, pitting, and some rust. Chrome is flaking in spots. Thumbscrew works great. Felts are a little worn but have play left! Functions 100%!  See the pictures for more details!
