This is a genuine Rogers Supreme™ hi-hat pedal connecting rod.  It connects the heel plate to the hi-hat carriage.
Your pedal just won’t behave itself without the correct connecting rod. Excellent condition, clean and ready to mount.
I personally use a Big R era Supreme hi-hat. I will even include an appropriate sized 1/4-20 thread stainless steel connecting set screw that will never gall or rust in place.
It's been in my Rogers spares collection a long time but the piece still looks great!  I included pictures of my own Rogers Supreme Hi-hat showing where the connecting rod attaches for illustrative purposes.
