From the 1960's this is a Rogers wood block holder! Attaches to cymbal stand or post. This shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and overall minor rust. Chrome has a lot of flaking. One of the arms turns freely. The other seems to be fixed. Clamp is 100% functioning! See the pictures for more details!
