    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY FOR DETAILS
    I have tried to research this helmet to determine the age and brand of it and cannot figure it out, even with expert advice.
    I can tell you this:
    -it is very old
    -very lightweight and thin
    -has pin holes for a Frontice that was once installed
    -badly painted over what appears to be actually faint scroll work as seen in the pictures
    *-DAMAGED at the crown where you can see it is pushed in *
    -has what seems to be a canvas liner glued or tarred in.
    -missing the eagle
    -small in head size
    I have been told this could have been handmade by a fire company’s shop for their department among being told many other brands but cannot figure it out. Could be a one of a kind.
