Vintage Antique The Hamilton Snare Stand Flat Base 1900's? USA

Here is an antique vintage flat base snare stand from The Hamilton.  Looks like early 1900's but I'm not an expert.  Could be 1800's since the company started in 1883.  If anyone knows definitively please advise me.  Has The Hamilton engraved on one of the arms but no Patent on it like I've seen on some later models.  As the picture shows it's a bit rusty but seems to work.  I'm guessing it just needs some restoration if need be.  Alot of drummers collectors like it the way it is.  So I sell as it is and let the buyer make that decision of how they want to proceed.  Let me know if you'd like more pix and what specifically of.  Thanks for looking
This is a cool piece!!  The way it folds up so small easy for traveling back then. It's pretty innovative compact piece for back then!!  Today's stands are so bulky to this lean fold up.
