Black, hard shell with flip-down Clear Visor
Emergency Medical Technician badge (sticker) at Front,
& larger on Back.  # 16 on both sides
*very small, minor crack at right side (see close-ups)
Size: *No Size tags are intact   ( interior headband appears to be adjustable)
