Vintage Havone Sterling Silver Cigarette Case with Jewel

Vintage Havone Sterling Silver Cigarette Case with Jewel.  This is an antique .925 sterling silver cigarette case.  It measures approximately 3-1/4" by 2-1/2".  It weighs 106 grams or 3.7 ounces of sterling.  It is monogrammed, but I can't make out what the letters are.  It is probably too small for standard manufactured cigarettes unless they're shorts.  It does have an internal grabber apparatus to hold the cigarettes inside.  It has some sort of jewel embedded in the push button opener.  It is in good vintage condition with a few small dents, the largest of which can be seen to the left of the push button.  Push button works fine and it snaps closed.
