Vintage Premier? Snare Drum 14 " x 5.5" silver sparkle metal shell

I dont know for certain the maker but from the hardware it looks like a premier. No badge. Its being sold as is.  I think it measures 14 " x 5.5" but I could be slightly off. The shell is all metal. Spot of rust on the rim but shell looks practically mint. Please see all pictures for condition. The case has wear.
