9 inches in length, 7 and 1/2 inches in width.
The badge was a lieutenant (Blue) and
the Red helmet designates a captain.
Maybe someone got a promotion?
I was told by a guy in England that the I
on the Cairns badge is 1971-72. I did not
put that in the listing as I am unsure. But
he visited the Cairns plant in New Jersey
back in 1989 and 1992. He was given a
code list by a customer service rep then,
which he referred to when dating mine.
