Vintage Rogers drums  bass drum cymbal mount bracket.
Space diameter between mounting holes is 2" x 3"
There are signs of rust on bracket, so please take good look at the pictures, item is sold as it is.
Tightening screws are not same, so probably one of them is not original (or both)
Part from Swivomatic bass drum pedal also included
