Vintage Wallberg & Auge ? Hi Hat Stand

Vintage Hi Hat Stand that was possibly made by the Wallberg & Auge Company. I was given this back in the late 1950s when I was learning to play the Drums. Back then one of the legs was wired because the rivet had broken off. But I used if for a number of years that way with no problem. It has not been used since the mid 1960s. It has been stored away until now. It has some tarnish and rust on it as can be seen in the pictures but it still works fine. It folds up with no problem.
