Greetings!
This is an older (nickel) W and A base ..and what appears to be a chrome upper section...(Nickel?)
You are bidding on  ....a partial drum throne stand ...2 pieces...
It is missing the  actual seat...and short metal plate that screws into bottom of the seat....
Usually,...the seat will have the metal piece attached....
I would guess this is from the 1930s-1940s..but..not positive....
I will pack this up very well!
