Walberg + Auge vintage Ludwig bass drum hoop mounted multiangle round rod holder

Description

You are looking at a vintage bass drum hoop mounted multi angle round rod holder part.
Most likely it held a cymbal rod,  but it could be used for other accessories as well.
The little part that holds the round rod can turn, and so can the bracket that it sits on.
This makes it a multi angle clamp.
The rod it will hold can be set perpendicular at the top of the bass drum, or parallel, or at an angle.
Several photos show this clamp set at different angles.
This part is not signed, and may be made by Walberg and Auge.
Walberg and Auge made a lot of the percussion hardware back then for other companies.
All I have is the holder as shown, no cymbal rod or bass drum is included.
Because it is hoop mounted, it will likely fit many brands of bass drum.
I believe this part to be from the 1930s or 1940s, give or take ten years.
There is rust and blemishes in the metal.
The part itself looks like chrome.
The hole in the holder part looks to be 3/8, but I did not find an accessory rod to fit in it, so I used a couple different small rods in photos to give you the idea.
If you need this holder, don’t miss out.
We have not cleaned it, we left any further cleaning to you.
I am guessing at the brand and year, I am not really sure of parts this old.
