WFL Ringo Starr Flat Base Hi Hat Cymbal Stand Base Vintage 1960's

Description

From the 1960's this is the base to a WFL flat base hi hat stand! Ringo Starr model. This shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and rust. Chrome is flaking in areas. Legs are sturdy. Two of the feet are present. Uncertain what the intended purpose is, but there's a little extra piece of metal with a hole welded on one of the legs where the foot would be. Hook which attaches base to foot board is slightly bent. Height adjusts smoothly. Includes cymbal seat, but no felts. Part of the pull rod is on the interior. Top half has snapped off.
