Here is a cymbal stand add on tilter top. Not sure what brand it is. How this works is that it is threaded and will screw on to the top of an existing cymbal stand allowing to use a slightly smaller cymbal such as a splash above another larger one. I tried it on a Yamaha cymbal stand and it screws on perfectly. It may work with similar type stands such as Tama, Pearl, Etc. However, the threading will be slightly larger for older thinner threaded tops.Comes as is, will need bed washer, felt, rubber sleeve, and wing nut to complete. It is in
